He is also an investor in GSI, the world’s largest manufacturer of grain silos. In 2010, Geoff and his team co-founded SmartKids Leadership Program™, a philanthropy which provides a program of ten years of customized mentoring and sponsorship to a small number of extremely talented future business leaders who come from poverty.
Geoff earned a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Northwestern University, an M.A., and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, where he was a student of management scholar Peter F. Drucker. He was elected to Sigma Xi, the honorary society for holders of doctoral degrees, and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
